Abstract
Objective:A sensitive and fast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of domperidone in human plasma.Method: The column was SymmetryTM C18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate: methanol(15∶85) and the flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1.The detection was performed in multiple reaction monitoring mode. Results: Domperidone has good linearity at the range of 0.3~50.0 ng·mL-1.The limits of detection was 0.3 ng·mL-1.Inter-day and intra-day precision of domperidone were all within 15% and the accuracy were all within±15%.Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of domperidone in human plasma.
