Abstract
The concentration of domperidone in human plasma was determined by HPLC-MS/MS.The samples were separated by Luna C18 column(150mm×2mm,5μm).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol∶water(0.4% ammonium acetate)(85∶15,V/V).The detection was performed in SRM.There was a good linear relationship for domperidone concentration in the range of 0.5—100ng/mL,and the standard deviation of inter-day,intra-day and accuracy were all less than 10%.This method is sensitive, accurate and fast, which is used for the determination of domperidone in human plasma.
