Abstract

Objective Study the correlation of the expression of nm23\|H1 and LN\|R with the biologic behavior and lymph node metastasis in the cholangiocarcinomas. Methods Using S\|P immunohistochemical methods. Results There were significant differences among different histopathological types and degrees of differentation of nm23\|H1 and LN\|R (P0.05) .nm23\|H1 low expression tumours were associated with a higher incidence of metastasis to lymph nodes than were nm23\|H1 normal expressive (P0.05) .The metastatic rate of tumours stained positively for LN\|R were higher than in those with negative LN\|R staining (P0.05) .Conclusion It is suggested that nm23\|H1 low\|expression and LN\|R overexpression might play signficant role in lymph node metastasis in the cholangiocarcinomas.
