Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectivity and security of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculus.Method 60 cases of patients with renal calculus were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The effectivity and security were evaluated. Results The total clearance rate of calculus of Ⅰsession was 86.7%.The average estimated blood loss volume was 121 ml and the mean operative time was 84 min.The average stay after the operation was 8.5 d and no severe complications happened. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, less trauma, less operative bleeding, fewer complications, and faster postoperative recovery in the treatment of renal calculus, which is worthy of clinical application.
