Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment of renal calculus.Methods:86 cases of renal calculus were divided into experimental group and control group, each for 43 cases. The control group was given open surgery, and the experimental group was given minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment of renal calculus. The hospital stays, hospitalization expenses and complication were reviewed retrospectively. Results:The hospital stays and hospitalization expenses had no significant difference(P0.05) ,but the occurrence of complication was higher in control group than in experimental group, there were significantly statistical differences between two groups(P0.05) .Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has the advantage of minimal injury, less blood loss, rapid recovery and less complication, and to promote early rehabilitation of patients.
