Abstract

Against the backdrop of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone that built up as expected,we should give full play to Guangxi special regional advantages,improve the communication and cooperation with ASEAN countries further in the field of science and technology,as part of the efforts to attain more achievements in this regard.These are the main contents for Guangxi to improve the communication and cooperation with ASEAN countries and the inevitable choices that make use of foreign resources to give momentum to innovative Guangxi construction.
