Abstract

With the rapid development of the Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zone,tourism has become one of the most potential industries in the integration of Guangxi and ASEAN countries.Qualified personnel are taking a strategic,fundamental and decisive role in the growth of tourism.Probing into the superior precondition for joint development of tourism human resources between Guangxi and ASEAN,this paper tries to identify the strategy for accelerating co-cooperation in this regard between the two.
