Abstract
Taking Datian megranate of Panzhihua,as the raw material, rutin as the standard substance and adopting spectrophometric method of supersonic wave extraction, the total flavones of the megranate skin were extracted by orthogonal test. The content of total flavones was determined by speetrophotometry. The results indicated that the optimum extracting condition of the ethanol backflow method was A2B2C2D2 that ultrasonic extracting time was 30 min and stock ratio was l:20,noptimum technique was 70 %,transonic power was 45 W.The main factor was the ultrasonic extracting time and the minimal factor was trasonic power.Ultrasonic extracting time and stock ratio should be strictly controlled because they had great effects on the dissolution of total flavonodis of pomegranate skin.
