Abstract
An orthogonal test table L9(43) was used with the factors of extracting time, temperature, ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid to liquid. The content of total flavones was determined by spectrophotometry. The optimum technique was: 70 % ETOH as extracting solvent; temperature was 80 ℃; time was 3 h and stock ratio was 1∶20.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
