Abstract
Objective To study the rule of apoptosis of Jurkat induced by daunorubicin(DNR).Methods Apoptosis of Jurkat cells stained with Annexin V/PI was detected by flow cytometry.Cell cycle distribution of Jurkat cells was analyzed by flow cytometry after cell stained with PI.Results The increase of apoptotic Jurkat cells percentage was in direct proportion to DNR doses within 0.1-2.0μmol/L as well as exposure period.Jurkat cells exposed to DNR were demonstrated increased in the G_2/M phase. Conclusion Apoptosis of Jurkat cells induced by DNR could be related to the inhibition mitosis of Jurkat cells.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
