Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between fetal nonstress test(NST) and neonatal prognosis. Methods To select 200 patients with more than twice of abnormal NST as observed group and 200 cases with normal NST as control group, give the two groups A comparative analysis, and evaluate neonatal prognosis. Results It was significantly lower in control group than that in the observed group in rate of amniotic fluid contamination(P0.05).The 1 min Neonatal Apgar score was ≤7.The observation group of umbilical cord abnormalities, oligohydramnios was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Abnormal nonstress test repeatedly can be used to predicate fetal anoxia.
