Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship of fetal nonstress test and Neonatal Apgar in late pregnancy.Method: Fetal nonstress(NST) was used in 286 patients with late pregnant of 36 weeks.Result: It was significantly lower in received NST group than that in the non NST group(the incidence of infection: P0.005).The 1-min Neonatal Apgar score is or less than seven(≤7).There are a positive and negative predictive in fetal adverse outcome of 95.80% and 41.65%,sensitivity of 75.66%,and specificity of 82.45% in reactive and non NST group.Conclusion: NST can be used to predicate fetal anoxia which would provide reliable information for clinicians.
