Abstract
Objective: To discuss the relation between fetal nonstress test in late prognosis, the incidence of meconium, 1 min Apgar score and fetal prognosis. Methods: By the combination of the reactive NST, suspicious or non-reactive NST, the incidence of meconium and 1?min Apgar score, the fetals' prognosis of 1?748 hospitalized late pregnancies were assessed. Results: In the both groups with reactive NST and suspicious or non-reactive NST, the incidence of meconium was significant (P0.05). In both groups, 1-min Apgar score when labor or fate death rate were nonsignificant (P0.05), and fetal death rate 4.8‰ or 3.2‰. There were drop tendency. Conclusion: The use of fetal nonstress test combined with incidence of meconium of 1-min Apgar score monitor would decrease the fetal death rate.
