Abstract
Objective To explore the value of CT perfusion and evaluate hemodynamic perfusion of hepatic cell carcinoma (HCC).Materials and Methods Sixty one cases with HCC were studied, including excision 18 cases, biopsy 13 cases, expioration 10 cases and remains confirmed by clinic results. Control group was 23 cases. All cases were performed with conventional plain CT scan, CT perfusion and conventional enhanced CT scan to obtain the TDC data, the perfusion data such as hepatic arterial perfusion (HAP), portal vein perfusion (PVP), total liver perfusion (TLP), hepatic arterial perfusion index (HAI) and portal vein perfusion index (PVI) were calculated according to the TDC data. Results The datum in turn of the HCC, peri-HCC liver respectively was 0.784 ml·min -1·ml -1, 0.441 ml·min -1·ml -1, 1.225 ml·min -1·ml -1, 0.64, 0.36 and 0.378 ml·min -1·ml -1, 1.112 ml·min -1·ml -1, 1.489 ml·min -1·ml -1, 0.25, 0.75 respectively. 0.399 ml·min -1·ml -1, 1.143 ml·min -1·ml -1, 1.489 ml·min -1·ml -1, 0.26, 0.74 in control group. There were markedly different in statistics between HCC group and the other two groups (P0.01), there were no difference between peri-HCC liver and control group (P0.05).Conclusion The HAP, HAI increase markedly in HCC, while HPP, PVI markedly decreases. The calculation of perfusion data will be helpful for the acknowledging its hemodynamic changes.
