Abstract

Objective To observe the relationship between serum uric acid of pre-eclampsia women and perinatal outcomes. Methods 228 pre-eclampsia women were divided into two groups and 120cases with normal pregnancy were sampled as controls. The blood pressure, serum uric acid,BUN,Cr,and perinatal outcomes were observed. Results 1. The level of serum uric acid in pre-eclampsia group was higher than in normal group and the level of serum uric acid in serve pre-eclampsia group was higher than in slight group. The difference is significant. 2. With the increasing of serum uric acid, infant weights,Apgar scores decreased, and S/D,number of FGR. Fatal distress. Newborn asphyxia increased gradually. 3.With the increasing of uric acid at the same pregnancy, infant weights and Apgar scores decreased gradually,so as at the same uric acid with the increasing of pre-eclampsia. Conclusions Serum uric acid of the patients with pre-eclampsia increased, and the level was increasing as pre-eclampsia developed. With the increasing of serum uric acid, bad perinatal outcomes increased.
