Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with pulmonary hypertension caused by pneumonia

Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with pulmonary hypertension(PH)caused by pneumonia.Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order into group.Conventional western medicine treatment and high-quality nursing were used in control group,on the basis of control group,angelica injection was used in observation group.The effects, relevant clinical indexes in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate of observation group and control group was 83.33%、66.67% respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and SO2 of two groups increased,PaCO2 and MPAP of two groups reduced,with statistical difference(P0.05).PaO2 and SO2 of observation group higher than that of control group,PaCO2 and MPAP of observation group lower than that of control group,with statistical difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with PH caused by pneumonia can improve PaO2 and SO2,reduce PaCO2 and MPAP,and has significant clinical effect.
