Abstract

The personality rights law of legislation are put on the agenda in 2010.The personality rights legislation is not only fouther analysis traditional personality rights,but also more need to regulation some of the new personality today.Around to this view,from the legislation to new personality perspective,environmental personality and personal information rights as example, The essay begins analysises and descriptions around the attribute of the two kinds of new personality right,the necessary of the right confirm,and the right subject,object and content and so on.Emphasized the legislation confirmed of the new personality can be signs of consummating the personality rights law legislation.It will effectively promote the development of the system of legal personality.
