Abstract

General personality are the constitutional rights which civil law gives birth to.Unlike personality rights,general personality could not be specified in civil law.Whether in the form of deductive or inductive to construct our personality rights system,general personality will discord with existing personality rights system.General terms instead of general personality right is the legislative model in our future civil code.
