Abstract
Determination method of Imidacloprid residue in tea samples was developed. The Imidacloprid was extracted with acetonitrile in tea, then was purified with TPT SPE column, finally was detected by GC/MS.The limit of detection(LOD) was 4.00x10-12g,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ) of Imidacloprid in tea was 0.018mg/kg.At the range of 0.08~1.6mg/kg,the recovery rate of the method for Imidacloprid was between 85.27% and 95.88%.The variable coefficient was less than 8%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
