Abstract
The controversy on poems of Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty is a long-lasting issue till the end of the 20th century. In the controversy of the 20th century, great progress has been made in the study on poems of the Song Dynasty, but it tends to be declined. Therefore, study on the poems of the Song Dynasty is of some value while it is not necessary to advocated too much.
