Abstract
The grape cultivar Fujiminori was taken as scion grafted onto different rootstocks,such as LDP-191(Vitis piasezkii maxin.var.pagnucii),LN33(Vitis rupestris) and Kyoho.Net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(Gs),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),intercellular CO2(Ci) of three grafted combinations and own-rooted individuals of Fujiminori were measured with portable Ci-310 gas analysis system under natural conditions.The results showed that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in the leaves for four species appeared double peaks and the Pn of grafted cultivars was apparently higher than that of own-rooted.The stomatal conductance of own-rooted individuals were higher than Fujiminor/LDP-191 and Fujiminor/LN33.Grafting in this experiment had obvious influences on photosynthetic properties,and there were significant difference between the Fujiminor/LDP-191 and the own-rooted individuals.The most suitable rootstock of Fujiminori grape was LDP-191 in the northwestern China.
