Abstract
17 grapevine cultivars as experimental materials, net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and transpiration rate(Tr) were measured with photosynthesis measuring system of LI-6400 at the stage of grape berry expanding. The results showed that the photosynthesis of different grape varieties were different obviously. The Pn of hybrids of V.vinifera-V.Labrusca are often higher than that of V.vinifera.Campbell Early was the highest,Baibigebuer and Muscat Hamburg were the lowest, and the significant difference existed between them and the other varieties.Pn was notably correlative with Gs and Tr,and Gs was notably correlative with Ci and Tr.
