Anthropological Art Interpretation of Yao Ceremonial Paintings——Taking Panyao Ceremonial Paintings in Lingmeitun of Xiupingdao Village of Guangxi as an Example

The immortals drawn in the Yao ceremonial paintings are not all those worshipped by the Yao People,but they display a vivid picture of the Yao immortal family.In the perspective of art anthropology,the Yao ceremonial paintings function as ceremonial symbols which carry people's expectation of supernatural beings.At rites,people show the quest of self interest and try to become less confused by worshipping the ceremonial paintings.In real-life rites,those paintings serve to contact and standardize the behavior of villagers.
