Rotary ultrasonic machining is an effective machining technology for engineering ceramics.Comparing with the traditional method,the speed of machining process is more quickly and top-quality,the precision is higher,and the tool is frayed difficultly.Rotary ultrasonic machining has been one of the main method for machining hard-brittle materials.Introduce the principle,application,critical technology and development trend.
