Abstract
This paper studies the rotary ultrasonic machining holes in engineering ceramics,analyzes the rotary ultrasonic machining principle and introduces the structure of rotary ultrasonic machining equipment.In rotary ultrasonic machining tests,the applicability of ultrasonic machining engineering ceramics is proved from the processing efficiency and processing precision.Test results show that the use of rotary ultrasonic machining engineering ceramics can obtain higher machining efficiency and machining accuracy.
