Observation of the proviele-iodine solution to prevert acute appendicitis incision

Objective Observe the curative effect gathering the thinking ketone solution taking precautions against acute appendicitis cut infection.Methods 216 cases of acute appendicitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,108 cases of each.The two groups were surgically removed the appendix,the control group with normal saline flush to incision,the treatment group washed inscision with povidone solution,and the incision with saline rinse again.To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results The infection rate of 1.9% of treatment group was significantly less than 9.3% of control group.the two groups had no obvious adveres reactions.Conclusion Povidone solution can effectively reduce acute appendicitis incision infection.
