Abstract
The digital model of mining truck's drive axle housing was built by CATIA firstly.The static analysis of axle housing was performed by ABAQUS based on the bench test standard of vehicle driving axle housing,and the fatigue life analysis was performed by FE-SAFE under the sinusoidal load.This method pre-evaluates the fatigue life of axle housing during the design period,and provides the theoretical and techinical support for the structure's improvement and optimization.
