Abstract
Drive axle housing is the main load-bearing and force-transmitting component of vehicle,fatigue failure is often brought about by alternating loads.By setting up the 3D model of a drive axle housing,this paper carries out the fatigue life analysis to find out the dangerous position in both test condition and actual working condition.This study verifies that the stress and fatigue life of the drive axle housing can satisfy the design requirements.
