Abstract

Leaf ultrastructure of cucumber mutant yh of light yellow sprout was analyzed by electron microscope technology.Result showed that mutant yh had obvious difference with normal cucumber in grana lamella number,chloroplast stroma,osmiophilic droplet number and mitochondrion cristae.
