Abstract
Objective To summarize effect of minimal invasive interventional technique in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 cases of hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group according to the wishes of their family members, with 48 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with minimal invasive interventional technique, while the control group were given conventional conservative treatment. Then,GCS one week later after treatment as well as GOS three months after treatment between groups were compared. Results Difference of GCS of both groups before treatment was not statistically significant( P 0. 05),and that of the control group before and after treatment was also not statistically significant( P 0. 05). Difference of GCS of the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant( P 0. 01). One week after treatment, the GCS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,so the difference was statistically significant( P 0.01). Three months after treatment, difference of GOS in the two groups was statistically significant( P 0. 01),and that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion Soft channel minimal invasive interventional technique can help patients recover quickly in the treatment of hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage, and it can effectively reduce case fatality rate and disability rate. It is a safe, simple, and effective method for treating patients with hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage.
