Abstract

Objective To observe the treatment effects of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage through giving them different internal medicine treatment measures. Methods Fifty-six patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment and the observation group was given intravenous infusion of edaravone 30 mg plus normal saline 100mL on the basis of conventional treatment. One treatment course consisted of 14 days. The activity of daily living(ADL) and neurological function deficit(NDS) of the two groups after treatment were compared. And the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Of the 30 patients in the observation group, after treatment,12 patients recovered basically, 9 patients improved remarkably and 6 patients improved, with the total effective rate of 90.0%, which was significantly higher than the 80.8% of the control group(P 0.05);The observation group had significantly better ADL and NDS scores than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Hypertension induced cerebral hemorrhage belongs to clinical emergency and has a high disability rate.Edaravone treatment on the basis of clinical conventional treatment can effectively promote the patients' neurological function rehabilitation and achieve preferable clinical efficacy.
