Observation 30 of Oral Terbinafine Combined with The Terbinafine Gelatum in the Treatment of Tinea Pedis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral terbinafine combined with the terbinafine gelatum in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods 124 patients were divided into 2 groups radomly.The treatment group had 64 examples,treated with oral terbinafine l time per day.Meanwhile the terbinafine gelatum were used 2 times per day extermally.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The control group had 60 examples,only external used terbinafine emulsifiable paste 2 times per day.The treatment course was 4 weeks.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 96.9%,the fungus clearance rate was 90.6%;The two of control group were 91.7% and 86.7%.Conclusions The uinon therapy and the sole external use medicine treated tinea pedis are all effective,but the union therapy take effect quickly,and the effect is better.
