Clinical observation of kangyin 1 decoction on 41 cases of psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of kangyin 1 decoction on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 71 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in treatment group were given one dose of kangyin 1 decoction every day,and other 30 cases in control group were given Acitretin Capsules 10 mg,twice a day.The therapeutic courses were eight weeks in two groups.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed in eight weeks.Results The cure rate in treatment group(14.6%) was higher than that in control group(6.7%,P0.05).There were significant difference in PASI scores before and after treatment in the two groups and after treatment between the two groups(P0.01,P0.05).There were significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion kangyin 1 decoction is effective in treatment the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
