Clinical Observation of Liangxierunfu Decoction on 42 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of liangxierunfu decoction on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Seventy and two patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.Forty patients in treatment group were given one dose of liangxierunfu decoction every day,and other 30 cases in control group were given Acitretin Capsules 10 mg each time,twice a day.All patients were treated with topical 15% urea cream.The therapeutic courses were 12 weeks in both groups.Then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results No significant difference was shown in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups(P0.05).The PASI scores before and after treatment in the two groups were significant difference(P0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion liangxierunfu decoction is effective treatment for the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
