Analysis of immunophenotype in acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Abstract

Objective To study the character of immunophenotype in acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods To assay the immune phenotype in 32 patients with acute leukemia by flow cytometer.Results ①In 32 cases of ALL,T-ALL was 15.6%,B-ALL was 62.5%; ALL1 40.6%,ALL2 46.9%,ALL3 12.5%;②In 32 cases of ALL,one patient was diagnosed HAL by immunephenotype,four patients only expressed myeloid antigens and was diagnosed M0 finally;the positive rate of myeloid antigen was 50%,the expression of single myeloid antigen was 68.8%,the positive rate of CD13 was 59.4%,CD33 was 25%,CD15 was 12.5%;the positive rate of myeloid antigen in B-All(55%) was no significant compare with T-ALL(60%);the positive rate of myeloid antigen in ALL2(73.3%) was significant higher than in ALL1(46.2%).Conclusion The expression of myeloid antigen in ALL is related to morphology and immune subtype.
