Abstract
Objective To study the character of immunophenotype in acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods To assay the immune phenotype in 32 patients with acute leukemia by flow cytometer.Results ①In 32 cases of ALL,T-ALL was 15.6%,B-ALL was 62.5%; ALL1 40.6%,ALL2 46.9%,ALL3 12.5%;②In 32 cases of ALL,one patient was diagnosed HAL by immunephenotype,four patients only expressed myeloid antigens and was diagnosed M0 finally;the positive rate of myeloid antigen was 50%,the expression of single myeloid antigen was 68.8%,the positive rate of CD13 was 59.4%,CD33 was 25%,CD15 was 12.5%;the positive rate of myeloid antigen in B-All(55%) was no significant compare with T-ALL(60%);the positive rate of myeloid antigen in ALL2(73.3%) was significant higher than in ALL1(46.2%).Conclusion The expression of myeloid antigen in ALL is related to morphology and immune subtype.
