On the Difficulty in Employment of Undergraduates and the Improvement of Personnel Training Mode in Universities and Colleges

Various misunderstandings appeared in graduate employment are gradually becoming new problems of u- niversity students education because of the deep going reformation of higher education,the employment of university and college students is gradually becoming a problem in the society.In order to help the under-graduates achieving their employment career,universities and colleges should intensify the education on university students' profession- al quality,social practice and employment,etc.Universities and colleges,should establish a new mode personnel training system in universities and colleges,and enhance students' comprehensive competitive competence.
