Abstract

In order to help the under-graduates achieving their employment-career, universities and colleges should intensify the education on university students' professional quality, social practice and employment, etc. Meanwhile, universities and colleges should actively promote the employment oriented and social-demand oriented innovation on education, establish an education system on comprehensive employment-obtain in universities and colleges, and enhance students' comprehensive competitive competence.
