Analysis of College Students' Employment after College Enrollment

Expanding higher education in recent years,the number of graduates increased year by year,and graduate employment system has undergone fundamental changes,and the consequent employment of college students gradually led to the difficult problem of employment of university graduates and a current university the main problem facing the community.This paper according to this phenomenon,from the social needs and changing perceptions of school culture model and the lack of professional development,student self-concept of employment of the immature point of view of cause the reasons for the problem of employment of university students,and thus offer some guiding theory and feasibility of the program for the general colleges and universities.
