Isolation and Identification of Pathogen Cow’s Acute Mastitis

Abstract
The cows suffered from acute mastitis in the farm of Anhui.The milk samples of two cows were chosenand their pathogens were isolated and identified respectively. By experiment of bacteriology,the results showedthat the cow’s acute mastitis was caused commonly by Staphylococcus aureus and Gram positive hemolytic S.dysgalactiae and Gram negative anhemolytic E.coli.
