Abstract
Thirteen strains of bacteria were isolated from the milk of dairy cows with mastitis.By using the culture character, morphological observation and biochemical test, the results demonstrated that among the 13 strains,10 of them are Streptococcus agalactiae,2 are Staphylococcus aureus and 1 is Escherichia coli. All the isolates have pathogenicity to mice.Pharmacosensitive test showed that Ampicillin Amikacin could inhibit the above bacteria.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
