The evaluation on innovation efficiency of liaoning high-tech industry based on DEA-Malmquist index

High-tech industry plays a very important role in Liaoning economic development.Solution is urgently needed on how to speed up the development of Liaoning high-tech industry,increase the self-innovation ability of Liaoning province,and transform the economic growth pattern.Based on DEA-Malmquist index,the total factor efficiency,the change of technical efficiency and technical progress of different high-tech industries in Liaoning are analyzed,and the problems in Liaoning high-tech industry development are discovered.
