The evaluation on technology innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in Liaoning province based on DEA

With the rapid development of Liaoning ' s economy,the status of the high-tech industry in Liaoning economic development has become increasingly important. Under the background of revitalizing Liaoning old industrial base,improving the developing quality of Liaoning high-tech industry for the purpose of driving the promotion of industrial enterprises' technology innovation,is becoming the focus of people. Based on DEA method,first,the technology innovation efficiency of Liaoning vertical high-tech industry in different years is analyzed. Then,thetechnology innovation efficiency betw een Liaoning Provinceand other provinces are analyzed comparatively,and the cluster analysis is made for the purpose of finding the true cluster that Liaoning belongs to. Through the analysis,the problems in Liaoning high-tech industry development are discovered,and the future improvement direction is put forward.
