Abstract

In 21st century, the key competition among enterprises, regions and countries lies in human beings. The problem faced by 21st education is how to develop a large number of students with creativity. However, the innovative consciousness and innovative ability of our college students are poor. The article is designed to throw some light on its reasons in terms of education idea, teaching process, academic environment, teaching practice and teaching management so as to find some ways to improve their innovative ability.
