On Creative Ability of College Students

The 21 century is the era of knowledge economy.International competition will mainly be embodied in the competition of innovative talents.Training innovative talents is an important symbol of social change and progress.College is the base and cradle of training innovative talents.So we must update ideas to regard the training innovative ability of students as the core of education reform.This article analyzes in detail the reasons of low innovative ability of students from the level of educational philosophy,educational course,academic atmosphere,teaching practice and teaching management.Then the author proposes the measure to enhance the innovative consciousness and ability of students.
