Abstract
The economic times calls for innovative geniuses.The higher education of China has ever since emphasized the cultivation of the innovative talented people,but unfortunately in minimal effect.Quality-oriented education is the basis of the innovative education which is the high level of quality education.Based on the analysis of connotation of the quality-oriented education,the college students' innovative consciousness and interactive mechanism,and the factors to influence the promotion of the college students' innovative consciousness,the paper introduces some countermeasures to improve the college students' innovative ability through quality-oriented education.
