Abstract

The teaching managers’ quality in Universities decides the teaching management level.It also affects the quality of personnel training.This article began from the present situation of teaching managers to analyze the reason why the teaching managers have different quality and the quality which the teaching managers should master in university.This article also gave some advice on how to improve the quality of teaching managers.
