Abstract
Trichinella spiralis adult worm antigen, adult ES antigen and muscle larvae antigen were selected as immunodiagnostic antigen. Their sensitivity and specificity in immundiagnosis of trichinosis were studied by ELISA method. The results showed that the sensitivity of antigens from strong to low was muscle larvae antigen(96%), adult ES antigen(84%) , adult worm antigen(72%) respectively; the specificity from high to low was adult ES antigen, muscle larvae antigen, adult worm antigen respectively. This demonstrated that muscle larvae antigen be also the best choice in human trichinosis immunodiagnosis.
