The Pathologic Features and Clinical Manifestation of Idiopathic IgA Nephropathy

Abstract

To investigate the relationship between pathologic features and clinical manifestations,effects and prognosis in idiopathic IgA Nephropathy,83 cases of idiopathic IgAN were played renal biospsy and studied.The results showed that asymptomatic hematuria and proteinuria were more in light pathologic cases with better effects and prognosis,but nephrotic syndrome and hypertension were more in poor pathologic cases.It had poor effects and poor prognosis.The pathologic pattern showed a strong correlation with clinical manifestastion,effects and prognosis.Early renal biospsy and early treatment were suggested.
