Association of Pathology and clinical analysis of 88 IgA nephropathy

Objective To study the relationship between clinical manifestation and the pathologic change of IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Methods pathologic classification of 85 IgAN patients were compared to analyze the correlation with the clinical features of pre-infection,gross hematuria,renal area pain,hypertension,.renal fuction change,confirmed to clinical features of nephritic syndrome or not and The degree of Microscopic hematuria.Results The five pathologic classification of IgA nephropathy maybe associated with Creatinine and Urea nitrogen(P0.05),unassociated with pre-infection,gross hematuria,renal area pain,hypertension,renal fuction change,confirmed to clinical features of nephritic syndrome or not and the degree of microscopic hematuria(P0.05).Conclusion There were significant differences between five pathologic classification and renal function changes of IgA nephropathy,Providing basis for judging prognosis and clinical treatment.
