Abstract
CPC has accumulated rich experience the ruling way for a long time,CPC as the ruling party,has paid great attention to the ruling experience.At the same time,the ruling party has summarized its ruling experience to lead the democratic parties constantly.As the political party,democratic parties has learnt the Communist Party 's ruling experience seriously to improve their abilities to participate in state affairs.
